BOOTH SPACE with table and 8’ back drape
· 10x10 $220
· 10x20 $380
· 10x30 $570
TABLE SPACE 8’X3” behind table * no floor display space
· 1 table $120
· 2 tables $220
· 3 tables $340
*tables do NOT have backdrop areas for displays
SET UP: Friday 9am-7pm
SHOW OPENS: Saturday 9am doors will open at 8am for Vendors. Vendors not set up by 9am Saturday will forfeit their spaces.
TEAR DOWN: Sunday 4pm-6pm Display MUST remain assembled until Sunday at 4pm. Early departure may impact your participation the following year.
Application Process:
· Applications open March 18, 2024 – February 3, 2025.
· Those who apply before September will not hear about their approval status until mid September.
· Once you have been approved you will have to sign your contract and provide a Certificate of Insurance.
· Assignments are based on availability. Once assigned, cannot be changed.
· Event Staff reserves the right to make changes to the layout without notice.
· Electricity is available to all spaces; you must bring a long extension cord.
· The Erie County Agricultural Society assume no liability for any damage. Loss you may incur at the Fairgrounds facility.
